Try new foods, take lots of pictures, try not to get kidnapped by Mongolian warlords or pick-pocketed, experience the culture basically. It's a whole new world, explore it!

rtl32Nah I'm going from Newark to Toronto, then Toronto to Beijing but at Beijing I know my group will be consolidating with at least a few others so we are probably gonna be at the same hotel at least haha. I'm on the "China: From Ancient to Modern" program, what about you? This is so sick

I'm 6ft, have brown hair, blue eyes, pale skin, and will probably be hanging with one shortish Philipino/Asian twat and a tall and skinny Philipino. Goggle tan is obvious so you'll know I'm a skiier. My grade is super tiny (11 kids).

I'm about 5'9", fair skinned, brown hair, blue eyes, wear wayfarer frames, and will be with a group of 80ish people (adults and high schoolers), so if you see an absolute clusterfuck of white people it's probably us. I should be wearing black cdg converses and will most likely have a camera around my neck. However I do have a twin who also wears glasses, but he's slightly taller. I hope we can meet up and eat weird food and debate the merits of squat shitters vs the Western porcelain bowls.
