Mammoth College Pass "Borrowing"

I'm trying to hit Mammoth this spring break, and can borrow a buddies pass. I look a lot like him, and the picture on the pass is complete crap, but how strict are they there? Im from Colorado and I've never had any problems there but I've heard from friends that they make you take your helmet off and answers questions to prove you're you.
Is this something that I should legitimately be concerned about or am I being a pussy?

They will most likely have a fingerprint scanner on the lift and if you dont pass it ejects you 40 feet from the ground resulting in broken ankles. This is standard procedure as resorts only want true upper middle class white people on the mountain

I'd be careful. My buddy lost everything when he tried borrowing a pass at Mammoth. Car, house, wife, kids, the whole nine yards, real shame.

But really, make sure you are head to toe covered. They have a lovely little stand where it shows your picture and name. When it's not busy, they will stand there and say hi to you and use your name and what not.
I've had multiple friends get caught, but it was for stupid things like being 5 inches shorter than the person or when it was super slow and someone called out their name and it didn't match what was on the pass.
Just realize if you get caught, he loses his pass too. And you get to pay a hefty fine.
That being said, it's super easy to get away with as long as you are with an inch or 2 in height and you keep your face covered.. wear headphones and ignore the lifties. Make sure your friends know not to yell your name at the turnstyles.
