Replying to Sharpness and stitches
So I recently got new skis, Nordica bad minds and some new marker bindings. I took them to my local ski shop at my local ski resort so I could turn up the din because the place I paid to get my bindings mounted Had it really low. In the shop while he was there the snowboarder guy who was working the shop also dulled my edges which I've never had done I've always done it naturally overtime. He didn't just dull the center but he dulled everywhere. He spent like five minutes dulling them.I was riding for about a half an hour on them I was kind of frustrating because new skis ur not as good as you' are because you're not used to them.and I found that it was way harder to spin on rails. Eronicly it was still pretty sharp I tried to 270 out off one of the tall rails(I have done this 20 times on my old skis) and I didn't get around S as I have with my old skis. I fell on my ski and took a chunk out of my arm had to go get stitches so I was done for the day. So I guess the edges were sharp. Basically what I'm asking is if it I'll just take a little while to get as good as I was with my old skis. if he should of dulled differently or not at all. and if any other people of had to get stitches from park skiing.
