I ask you as a last hope to solve a problem on the only move that I can do for now: the usual 360. I read everything there is on the forum on the 3 but I haven't solved the problem.
when I see my video, I realize that I find myself always in half with my arm rotating contrary! This movement makes it difficult to complete well the rotation and start whit the grab.
what is wrong in the movement? perhaps in the initial stage i push with arms too upwards and not sideways? i've seen the video of T but i can't correct the error.
