Yesterday. It's all about the current relatin of the sun moon and earth. IF you hit it at the right time it's guaranteed great success, if not nobody will ever read it.

I would say between 7-10 EST on weekdays

Before 2 most people are in school(and a lot of ns is in high school). Before 5 a lot of people are still at work. Then you gotta think about the west. Its 2-3 hours earlier there. So that would mean 5pm-8pm EST a lot of people are still doing stuff. So I think it would make sense to post it so that people are coming home, going on ns, and seeing your story at the top of the news page. That's my reasoning but I could be wrong.

For weekends I would think 5-10EST because people are skiing and stuff and a lot of resorts close between 3:30-5 and my assumption is a lot of people will come on newschoolers after a day of skiing or something.


Also, it might be a good idea to wait until there isn't a lot of other things being posted. It's more likely that your article will get lost in the mix if a bunch of other stories are being posted around the same time.


Irrelevant, but possibly relevant, I saw that on instagram pictures get the most amount of views/likes wednesday after dinner time. Take that as you will haha.

This is impossible though. Nothing could be posted for a month and then as soon as you click publish, a thousand other articles pop up. It happens every time.
