Replying to Getting into the skiing buisness

i really want to get into the skiing business when i'm older but i'm not really surer how, i talked to some of the guys doing demos at my local hills and it wasn't necessarily a college degree but more connections, right now i'm taking a bunch of engineering and marketing classes cause i would like to build/design skis. what are your guys' thoughts on this (preferably someone in the ski business) and as for the connections do you think it would be possible for a 15 year old kid to get some internship or anything like that over the summer with a ski company. internship may not be the right word just anything that would get me around ski companies to get my name out there. i already work in the rental shop at my hill granite peak and next year i am gonna try to get a job at my local shop just to see all the aspects of the business and learn the trade inside and out. I also ting this will get me in contact with some company reps from the area.
