Videomic pro skiing settings

Just upgraded from the regular videomic, and i'm pretty sure i recorded at -10db with that when i was doing follows and whatnot. Anyone have any recommendations for settings on the VMP?

I do +20db then turn the sound settings in my camera for volume all the way to one notch before off.
