Replying to I found a credit card

About 10 minutes ago when walking home from school i found a credit card - Platnum, Bank of america. It was buried underthe snow and was crushed by a car. since my area is mostly 1 mil+ houses i wouldnt feel bad buying something. They probably closed the card but still, it's worth a try. What should i do? I really wana order the oakley anorak, but I dont wana get arrested either. Should i just ship it to a random apartment or something?
