Flat 3 help

So for some reason I can't seem to get the flat 3 on the trampoline I just don't understand how I throw the flip and I'm really struggling in how to learn it. So far I can backflip frontflip cork 7 and misty 5 Ik its not much but I'm trying to expand my list. I really want to learn flat 3s but I just can't seem to get the hang of them does anyone have any tips on how I can learn them? Would learning another flip help as well? I'm just stuck.

Do you land it sideways (between at flat 3 and 5)? Because that is what I did all the time trying to learn flats.

Im not trying to be rude when I say this, but don't listen to that video.

Flatspins are really easy and fun and they are one of the first tricks I learned. What I came to figure out with them is that honestly the easiest way to do them is to think of it like a backflip with a Japan grab. You gotta get a nice solid pop and then going for the grab will help throw you into the flat rotation. Then start getting them more and more flat. PM me if you've got anymore questions
