Seasonal Affective Dissorder

This is a form of depression that is related to low serotonin levels produced in the winter months (or times of low light). Many people remedy this by using full spectrum lights, exercising routinely, and taking either 5 HTP, Saint John's Wort, or prescribed medication. I have coped with this since I was 12, and am in my 20's now.

I thought seasonal affective disorder was when Peyton Manning can't throw a football in temperatures below 50 degrees?

Seriously though, pretty perplexing to that this is a legitimate condition people live with everyday. I wouldn't that I've ever dealt with depression, but I have gone through periods where I have experienced a depressive state. Not a fun place to be at all.

haha this guy. Yeah that'll fix it. Also, how the hell are you guys a company? Jesus I took one look at your site and wanted to claw my eyes out from how much bullshit you were able to pack in. Skis by the 4th? Filing for bankruptcy by the 10th..
