2015 Al Dente

Looking at buying some al dente's. Anybody with experience with them, help me out! Are they worth the price? Or are you just paying for the brand? I have heard they are not super durable. My friends 2014 al dente skis got a big chunk taken out of the base. Ive got Travelling circus's right now, but I'm looking for bigger and a bit wider ski that still butters around nicely. Thanks everyone
