Deleting Video

I recently double posted a video, so I tried to delete one and was unsuccessful in doing so. I am not sure if it is an a bug or just something wrong with my computer. I tried clicking on the permanently delete link, but it did nothing, if anyone could help that would be greatly appreciated.
