Replying to PSPs yes or no?

I think park safety passes need to be required at mountains or people must be much more cautious. I was skiing about two days ago and someone who should not have been standing in the landing was straight in the middle i was going off the jump and hit them like a brick. I was later told they were fine but i passed out and ended up in the lodge later. It turned out that i had got a significant concussion and mah not be able to ski for a month or so, this was very agrivating and will ruin my fun for the month due to it. I think people must be more careful or there must be psp passes at all mountains to prevent this. What do you guys think? opinions?
