Leg exercise with a broken heel help

Just wondering if anyone has any good leg exercises that you can do with a broken heel. I'm not allowed to put any weight on it, but I'm trying to get right back to competing as soon as the cast comes off. Any suggestions on how to make sure my leg is ready?
