I got Surefoot Lange XT 120's a few months ago, custom everything, really pricey. Just some background on me. This year I just started skiing in the park a lot, trying to learn 3's, back 270 thingys, and different types of grabs like any beginner. I fall a lot and probably land backseat every once in a while.
Everytime I ski the park (and groomers and steeps) I get an unbearable amount of pain in the back and outside of my calves.
I've gone to surefoot to have them refitted several times for free (they trimmed the liner down and added a heal raise) but none of it has worked.
I was wondering if anyone knew if this was just a common really painful injury that park skiers get, or if I should get these boots refit, possibly get a new shell better suited for park skiing.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks NS!
