The ATF as well as some politicians in Congress are attempting to ban m855 ammunition, claiming that it puts "law enforcement in danger." Not only is this bullshit (Most rifle ammunition can penetrate body armor, not just m855, as they claim), but it is a blatant infringement of basic 2nd ammendment rights. "Green tip" ammunition is used for a variety of purposes and even the suggestion that it should be banned is ridiculous.
