McLSfor a handrag 1 on rainbow just go quite fast and kinda lazyboy, don't carve (you'll fall to the side obviously).
If there is a nice lip to the box then just pop then and don't try to handdrag it too soon you wanna put you hand on the box around the highest point of the rainbow. If the lip is shit and going into the box, just pop and aim to get in that "legs in front of you/hand drag" position at the highest point of the box.
Grabbing a tweaked safety with the other hand helps keep things neat, but the idea for me was to do a similar motion as you would do jumping over a fence parkour style (throw legs over to the side and essentially start a lincoln, and get back on axis with a "push" of your hand). just make sure you set a tiny bit of rotation not to land 90°. not fun. the bigger you go the easier it will be to land, or you can land/tap the end of the rainbow if it's a bias one.
for a hand drag 3, the nicest way to do em is to get both hands dragging the box, and it's like opposite to my parkour tip on the handdrag 1. You wanna skim the box with your hand without it stopping your rotation (between a cork 3 and lincoln, i guess what you call cartwheel?)
so regarding speed, depends on how big the box is, and if you wanna tap the end of it or just get a quick hand drag and land meters below. I say just go for it, i don't even know how to do lazy 3s but hand drag on rainbow came pretty fast.
