Replying to Rachel Scott Legacy: Problems I have

Okay so basically our school is having an assembly that has to deal with this girl, Rachel Scott, who was killed in the Columbine High School shooting. The name of the people is the Rachel Scott Legacy group and they are going to talk about the legacy of Rachel and the impact she made. Here's my problem. Why don't they talk about the other people that were killed? Granted her family did start the foundation, but don't you guys see a problem with just focusing on one individual instead of the victims as a whole? I feel as though it's almost saying that Rachel was more important than the other victims.
