So I'm building a drop in for dry skiing, and I've been looking on the NS forums and find a lot of different things to put on it. Wondering what you guys use, and how you use it? mSnow, turf, lattice etc. thanks.
i used plastic construction fence on mine before the wind blew it over. it was pretty slow and am gonna switch to plastic garden lattice this time around. oh and i have a ton of weight on it so it wont blow over now. lol tell me what you guys think and any suggestions, so if theres a problem i can modify it before its done. any suggestion could receive a generous amount of k+.

use 2x4s instead of plywood on the drop in, much less friction. make the transition smaller. shorter lip too, or just dont go all the way to the ground with your transition.
Outdoor carpet/ turf works perfect with a little bit of water. That orange fencing is good if you aren't getting enough speed as well.
The only thing I wish I would have done was made the lip flat. The way we made it kicks you back so much and it sucked. This spring were gonna try to bring the middle part up to make the lip flater and see how that works.
The build a jib cult is really good for any other questions you have too. There is so much info on there.
Peter.doing the top half in lattice/snow fence then the bottom half or just the jump part in turf is probably the best bet. speed then control on the lip
