Getting Scammed on Amazon

So I recently got scammed on Amazon. I bought a mobile power thing that you charge and then you can charge your phone from it. I ordered it on January 4th and it was supposed to arrive at latest February 13th. It never came.

Most of the negative reviews came after I had bought the item. But lots of people never got theirs either.. I emailed the company with no response. What do I do? I could email Amazon but what are they gonna do?

Has this ever happened to anyone else?

Call Amazon for some reason their shipping is wonky. They can probably set you up a refund and get you another one.

I finally emailed to Amazon today and told them that many other people got scammed by this company too, and that I would like my money back. But if you try to look at the storefront of this seller they seem to just not exist anymore

My friend once bought a phone case but they sent him a dildo, he was opening it when he was at the table with his parents and he pulled out a 2 foot dildo.

call up amazon. theyll help you out, and in about a week, theyll remove him and everyone involved in the scam will be refunded.

I bought some pepsi cheetos from some chineese scammer and it never showed up, but i eventually got it back.

Dude, you ordered something from AMAZON and expected not to get scammed? Good luck ever getting your money back. I would cancel your credit cards to be safe too. Try Ali express next time bud.

UPDATE: After I emailed Amazon they just told me to make a claim with the A-Z returns mentioned above.^^

So I did that and they automatically gave me an Amazon gift card of the amount the purchase was. I am very satisfied with Amazon right now. They corrected the problem very very fast.

Sometimes the people who offer those super low priecs on random things well below other's are Chinese sellers. It takes quite a bit of time for them to arrive. I got aphone case turned took a month since it shipped from China

Amazon customer service is badass. They're so quick and helpful, it's awesome. I ordered a laptop and I'm pretty sure it was stolen off my doorstep, and I told them that and another laptop arrived within a couple days.

Nah I've ordered quite a few things from China. This thing was from Poland :/

RedPandaAmazon customer service is badass. They're so quick and helpful, it's awesome. I ordered a laptop and I'm pretty sure it was stolen off my doorstep, and I told them that and another laptop arrived within a couple days.


New plan.

1. Order laptop
2. Receive said laptop
3. Wait
4. Say it never showed up
5. Get 2nd laptop
6. ?????
7. Now you have a laptop for porn and one for workin and shit

ayyyy glad it worked out easily! Amazon does a lot to try to keep their brand reputable, I never worry anymore after they gave me a gift card to cover both the broken ipod i ordered, and the return shipping i paid to send it back.
