Replying to Park Crews

Is it me, or do park crews made of skiers have better parks? I go to Whitetail, where the entire park crew is snowboarders this year. It sucks. They don't do anything. The park has barely changed all season and they do zero maintenance on any of the features. It's literally the most pathetic park crew I have ever seen. However, another resort (Ski Roundtop) which is about an hour from Whitetail, has a park crew with a good amount of skiers(not all skiers). And their parks are really nice right now! It just sucks because of the extra driving... So are park crews made of skiers better? Or is it just me?
