So i have a dilemma, I had a pair of Salomon twenty twelves for a few years now. I found them great as I was fairly young when I first got them but they have officially packed in and its time for an upgrade in ski calibre.
I was initially looking at the ON3P Kartels or the Faction candide 2.0 but the ON3P's are near impossible to get in the UK and the Candide's are just too damn expensive for my student budget.
Have have narrowed it down to a decision between the Faction SOMA or the PRODIGY. I want a ski that will perform both in the park and carve on the groomers but that I can also take to the powder every so often.
From what I've heard the two are pretty similar but just wondering how much of a difference the 6mm under foot will make.
Also open to any other suggestions apart from these two.
