any tips on skiing swich?

ok im pretty new to skiing and am trying to get better at skiing swich any tips? -thanx

when you ski forward you lead with your uphill ski but when you ski switch you wanna lead with the downhill ski

It is SO much easier looking over both shoulders. I would look over the wrong shoulder for a while, but it is much easier to look down hill if you, for example, look over the 'opposite' shoulder. Meaning, if you are switch and going from YOUR left to right (downhill it is literally from the right side of the trail to the left) then look over your left shoulder. You can see all the way down the slope while you are turning.
Right now I'm good at skiing switch, but slide too much in my turns instead of doing solid carving =/

looking over both shoulders is good but its better if you can ski looking over the same shoulder the whole time, especially if your doing it aroudn a bunch of obstacles because your blind for a second when you switch shoulders and it just looks sort of messy
