Look at skier of the year vs. skater of the year. People in skateboarding actually give massive fucks about SOTY. It's a huge honor to receive the award. Skier of the year is meh. Nobody really cares. Same goes for KOTR vs. Road Trip Challenge. One is insanely entertaining and rad while the other is Henrik Lampert talking the whole time. Someone has to step up to the plate.
