Whats the shitest accommodation u have stayed in?

Friend didn't have a ride home from the mountain and couldn't stay at anyone's place. He fell asleep in the middle of the lodge.

Long story short, raccoon placenta.

'Mr. Bishops' van back in the day. Sleeping in the van at Mt Tremblant's parking lot... we are in the village drinking and he heads to the van early leaving me and another friend to keep going. By the time we get back to the van we can't find the sleeping bags anywhere and proceed to freeze all night in the -30 night. Wake up in the morning to find out Bishop was using all the sleeping bags as a pillow.



Either that or the night I slept on the streets in downtown Edmonton - which actually wasn't that bad... it was summer, I found a nice park with rabbits everywhere and figured if there are rabbits, it must be safe.

Oh man.... I had totally forgotten about that. Definitely owe you for that one. :)

I slept in a 15 person tent with one other guy for three months. The tent collapsed in the slightest breeze, wasnt even remotely water proof, half the poles were broken, I didnt have any sort of mattress or thermarest, there were holes everywhere so the bugs were insane, and the first night we stayed in it we got two feet of snow.

Actually that was the best accommodation that I've ever had.

One of my worst nights sleeps was sleeping on the floor of my buddy's employee housing at keystone with 2 other guys. We were in town for a few days but didn't wanna pay for a hotel every night. 3 guys on a dorm room floor was a terrible idea, we got a 50 dollar hotel the next could nights haha.

Even sleeping in a car or camping in the rain was better than this.

Probably my car, which is not bad at all. I did spend one night that dropped to 8 degrees F in a 40 degree bag and a two person walmart three season tent and no pad. That was rough, all my clothes were wet from a stream crossing and I though I was going to die during the night. Luckily I was able to hop in a hot spring to stay alive, haha

Lived in my friend's boiler room/basement last summer. That spot fucking sucked.

i got stuck in, of all places, detroit, one time, so i stayed at a motel by the airport...bad idea. I woke up to literal gunshots across the street, then ten cop cars showing up with ambulances and shit. what i heard happened was that there was turf wars and two people were shot that day. oh, and the motel is known for meth, prostitution and has had a lot of people die in it. It was really bad.

oof, the area round detroit metro is god awful. nothing but abandoned warehouses and old tarmacks from the old airport. we went to the McD's after flying in for a ski comp one year, and i think some crackhead stole their order screen thing (that thing you talk into to order food) for some drug money or something. it honestly looked like someone ripped it out of the ground one night in drug-fueled frenzy.

any tahoe locals know about the CalNeva? Me, My mom, and my sister all stayed there for a rev tour comp at northstar a few years back and it was despicable. old-ass hotel with no renovations or any sort of handy man work done, literal shit nuggets in the hot tub, Douchebag hotel employees, god-awful food, and the place was fucking dead. I felt like i was in The Shining when I went to go get some vending machine munchies. It was wack. Only good thing about it was the awesome view of the lake, thats all it had going for it.
