Here's the idea,

Buy land on a hill,

Erect Poleshed on hill, Really Big Shed,

Buy dry slope, make rails and jumps,

Some sort of lift.

Heat and cool the place,

Shred jibs all year round.


I buy lottery tickets, nothing is impossible.

that would actually be a huge money maker if you pulled it off. the thirst for skiing in the summer is crazy. If there are people are willing to pay $2,000+ for windells, I'm sure they will pay $100 for a summer season pass.

not so sure about HUGE moneymaker, but it was be rad af at any rate.
