caught an edge two weeks ago and fell, then continued to slide at high speed into a fence. broke my collarbone badly enough that i'm getting surgery in a few days. also my helmet cracked, but I have no head injuries so it could've been soooo much worse.

I was going for a critical three and over shot the jump landing strait onto my shoulder. Broke my colar bone in three places (Bones were separated 3cm away from each other) and got surgery a couple days later, and a minor concussion.

And my friend tried a dub back yesterday and came 2 inches from breaking his neck. I'll post the video soon it's so brutal.

Going mach 5 trying to gap a routine little 5 footer, as I pop, my left ski comes off, I think, "Just try to bring it to your ski.....". Unfortunately in the flat light the ground comes up faster than expected and my right ski tip digs in. I eject and proceed to bounce 20 or so feet towards mountain safety. Luckily I only came out of it with a mouthful of snow, cuts, and a spinal bone bruise.

i was skiing the groomers way too fast and was bombing the rollers and didn't see a set of moguls until i was above them and tomahawked all the way down. my friends came running over and couldn't believe i walked away with just a cut on my nose from my goggles.

Hit the knuckle... Broke 4 toes on my right foot, and 3 toes on my left foot.

Worst snowboard crash, I was going so fast flames were coming out of my butt, caught an edge, and broke both bones in my forearm, shoving them over the growth plate so my wrist looked like a fucked up roller coaster. Went to the hospital and it turned out the doctor that set my arm right (by putting it over her knee and popping the bones back in place!) was skiing at the same mountain I was at.

On skis, ripping down a groomer at 55ish, skier pops out of the woods and starts carving across, forcing me towards this roller. Ended up going off, and I'm good on the ground with skis, or in the air with skis, but not when I'm barely skimming the surface. Long story short, bitched out because I didn't know which edges I was on, and smeared myself out right under the lift. I need to buy a new helmet from that still.

was in whistler last year and stomped my first unatty back 4 off of a cannon rail. come to the same rail the next run and decide to try back 6 now. tried spinning to had but mainly to early and one of my skis hit and sent me off axis and i ended up landing straight to my shoulder. separated my shoulder (grade 3) all the ligaments.
and ended up skiing down to the bottom /claim which is a long way if you've ever been to whistler

1st year skiing I bombed one of the steepest hills and at the end I didnt notice a mogul, hit a mogul sideways and snapped my tib/fib when I landed. Inexperience got me. And this fall me and a couple friends were hitting our summer setup and I partially tore my acl landing a two off it was the weirdest thing

He somehow got up right away and gave me a hug for 5 minutes straight, didn't say a word. Then he skied in and complained about his neck hurting, and given how crazy his crash was and how serious a neck injury was, we went to patrol and he was taken away in an ambulance for an MRI. Not something you wanna take a chance with. He strained his neck but I guess he's pretty much fine. Just shook haha

Hit this little lip at about 60mph without looking at was on the other side. Turned out to be a bunch of sharp rocks, double ejected out of my skis and slammed my right knee into one of them really hard, skied the rest of the day, and the next day, and then the day after that I could barely walk.

Last season I knuckled the third jump at Granite on sugar maple. I double-ejected and slid all the way down the headwall. My skis stayed on the knuckle and I snapped one of my poles. I had to hike about 100 yards up the steepest part of the icy run to gather my stuff. My ice-burn was fucking terrible. I still have scars. But there is one thing that I hurt the most...my dignity. Because the 6-man chair is right next to that jump-line.

Going for a front swap hitting this urban dub kink, have it locked in ready to go, ski ejects on the kink for no reason, I fall ~5 ft and taco myself directly on the donkey. Thanks bindings.

I landed the trick after that though.

DId a 360 off a little cliff. It didn't look that bad but I hit my face on my upper right cheek bone which knocked me out for a good 4 minutes. Got a nice ride to the hospital for that one

My worst crash was when a fat kid skied into me and knocked me down then once I got up his twin brother just as fat runs into me too, it was like something out of a movie, I skied the rest of the day and it turns out I broke the growth plate in my thumb so now my right thumb is a good half inch smaller than my left.

was feelin really sendy last week in the trees, skiing full speed, lost control tips dove after an air and then hit a tree directly to my chest going full speed. my first thought was that my season was over with some sort of shattered collar bone/ shoulder- also thought i did my acl because my leg was stuck behind the tree. really not sure how the fuck i walked away from that one, but it scared me shitless.

My chest is really sore now too.

My friends made a little compilation of them... But anyways the first two are pretty funny. Under rotated the first one and the second one left too early and smashed my head on the jump. Somehow kept skiing after that... Hahaha

Second one: Got a 2nd degree snowburn in spring skiing in shorts. Decided it was a good idea to gucci a jump and haul from the top. This was the result


Basically what happened after this point is I skied the rest of the day until I realized I should probably go and get it checked out... Got it packaged up, ski bladed the next day then after that couldn't move. Didnt replace the dressing soon enough and it stuck on... Had to rip it off. Never yelled so loud in my life. Still have the scar from it two years later.

Back in Late November or December the jump line was put up at AV and they had a little 25 ft step over and the snow was soft so I went to do my first underflip of the season and came up short land side ways leaning down hill and shit whipped into the ground. Minor concussion on right side of my head. Next weekend same jump through a cork 5 but scrubbed speed off the lip of the jump and again landed right on the knuckle sideways and bounced off it still spinning and landed in the big air dave zone caught the tails of my skis and again shit whipped backwards breaking my helmet and went inside to throw up. 2 weeks off because I was pissed I couldn't land easy tricks and my head still hurt.

My worst crash happened when i was trying to learn cork 3s at hood this summer, cleared the whole landing and over rotated to 630. landed sideways and got fucked up bad. i laid in bed for the next 2 days before skiing again. 2 or 3 months later i broke my collarbone playing football and when the doctor looked at the x rays he realized i had a hole in my scapula (shoulder blade) and we deduced it mustve been from the crash months ago.

second worst wasnt even a big fall, just a simple 270 onto a down rail, i caught an edge and landed straight on my barely healed collarbone and broke it right in the same spot.
