I gotta assume this happens to everybody at least once in a while, but I find that some days on the mountain, I get going and I feel good, I'm driving the skis, my form is good, and I'm on the balls of my feet. Skiing feels effortless.
Other days though, I end up spending the whole day trying to pull myself out of the back seat, and I'm off balance all day, skiing on my heels and getting thrown around by everything. I end up focusing the whole day on trying to stop skiing like crap, and a lot of the time it doesn't even work.
I was just wondering how many of you guys have days like this, and what you do, mentally and physically, to try and find your rhythm, and get your feet back under you?
