*Quick Gopro 4 Black Question*

I'm not very up-to-date on the latest gopro knowledge but i looked up the specs and heres what id go with (keeping in mind you said your computer isnt very fast)

720p @ 60fps (Medium FOV)

H.264 codec

If you're using the ProTune features I can post the rest of my recommendations, but if it's a nice sunny day the standard settings above should be just fine. I know gopros struggle in adverse lighting, but you should be all set. When you import the clips Premiere has native timelines so you'll be all taken care of. Just be sure to right click your source and timeline monitors and select 1/4 or 1/2 playback resolution depending on what your computer can handle. This will make editing faster and easier if you have a slower system.

I would start with 1080p60. If your computer can run premiere it should be able to handle that. If it struggles, drop down to 720p60.

Don't use ProTune. You won't need it. The Hero 4's look great right out of the box.

i gave him exactly what he was looking for, if he wanted the protune information, i wouldve given him that to. I usually offer up some disclaimer so if somebody else has a better suggestion the OP doesn't resign to one single piece of advice. More often than not i know exactly what im talking about. Besides the point, I'd say considering theres only 2 actual posts in this thread with a response to OP's problem, my advice was more than satisfactory.
