I'm looking for a cheap video camera to film in the park. Anyone know the cheapest camera or camcorder??

buy a used gopro on craigslist or get a used t2i and buy an older fish eye.

what is the price range haha, im pretty sure a handycam is the cheapest way, but DSLRs have gotten pretty cheap over the past few years
