Replying to Cat Crap with Oakley's

I just bought some Oakley Splice's and a prizm lens for them. The goggles arrived today with some standard dark grey lenses. I've applied Cat Crap to some old crowbar lenses before and they haven't fogged since. I decided to do the same with my new grey lenses. I rubbed it on the inside lens gently with my finger and then buffed it with a chamois. Then I saw in the info packet not to rub the inside of the lenses or it will fuck up the anti-fog treatment. Soo I looked up some threads and saw people freaking out because they fucked up their oakley lenses by just touching the inside. My prizm lens arrives tomorrow and I'm wondering what i should do. So my questions are,

1. Is Cat Crap something you apply to new goggles, or is it just for when the anti-fog wears out/cleaning them?
2. Did I fuck up my grey lenses?
3. Are the prizm lenses the same way?
