Companies with bad websites/poor online presence?

Can anyone think of some examples of companies with a poor e-commerce presence, or total lack thereof who could benefit from getting their product online? I'm drawing a blank for my e-commerce class...thank you kindly

generally they have there reasons for doing that. Like relations with the people who sell there stuff. But now that internet shopping is becoming much more common that will probably be less of an issue

Craigslist is one of those sites that doesn't look good but functions well. The ugly wall of text is iconic and I doubt it will change anytime soon.
