take them out of the refrigerator. If you need to have them soften faster you can put them in a bowl of warm water a couple hours before they are needed
1. get circular saw
2. every 1/4" or so cut through top sheet of ski width wise to atleast 3/4 the depth of the ski.
3. repeat on bottom of ski if required (level expert).
4. ????
