Worn down boot--> wobble problem.

my boots are worn down in toe and heel creating a gap for my boot to wobble, both in the front and back, I have toe height adjustment so I made the toe better, but what can I do in the heel. I can't get replacement heels because the screws are stripped. I don't want to buy new boots because I have new boots already but they are too big.(not returnable)
I've seen Delorme put cardboard under his heels, any other ideas?
Thanks.

Use a dremel to cut a slot into the worn down screws and then use a flathead screwdriver to take them out and get new ones.

Go to a shop that does a lot of race stuff. They will be able to grind down the toe and heel from the top and a bit from the bottom and then add a riser to the bottom of your boot. This will raise you off the ski slightly but you'll essentially have new toes/heels.
And stop dragging your damn feet. I've skied in boots for 200+ days with considerable walking most of those and just at the end had issues with them wearing down. If you boots actually are that old, it's time for new ones, the plastic is shot.

....just deal with the stripped screws. There's probably a dozen ways you could get them out. Quick and dirty, as above, just cut a slot in them and use a flathead. Doesn't matter if you destroy the plastic around them since you're replacing it all anyway.
