this is such a piece of crap customer service to tell you "go talk to backcountry"
OR, Patagonia, Flylow, Arcteryx would promptly fix or replace no question, no doubt!
LucasIf you buy a product through an outside retailer you always go through that retailer for the warranty. It's a pretty standard process across almost every commercial industry known to man.
marcel_IDNot always, you can warranty a patagonia jacket through patagonia directly and they will never ask you when or where you got it, not need to go through a retailer!
