I've Been doing a lot more natural terrain skiing this winter like small cliffs and rockier terrain. Also I am looking at skiing tuckermans ravine in the spring. Would it be worth it to buy a POC VPD Spine 2.0 or similar product. And also if anyone has experience with another spine protector how do you feel about it?
i have a Slytech something(softshell). it saved me big time yesterday, but im gonna get some padded shorts too.
it fits well and doesnt get too warm.
a buddy has a poc something, their vest design looks like it'll fit better, but i think i trust the slytech foam more than the poc plastic.
either way, worth every penny in safety and confidence
