Looking for a new pair of waterproof, under the cuff gloves. Looking at a few pairs of POW gloves and some Burton. Any input or suggestions for a pair I can get for under $110?
This. You can find a pair of axeman's for like $20 on eBay or amazon. Just apply sno seal ($5) and you're a proud owner of a warm, waterproof, stylish, and durable mitt.
$110 is more than double what ive ever paid for gloves, and i ski in pnw rain all the time. been really happy with my gore tex POW gloves in the past. most of my friends ride with dakine gloves, give those a look too.
Dakine. I cannot say enough good things about Dakine. I have had a pair that I bought for $30 3 years ago and they are still waterproof, still warm, and have no damage to the glove at all. (I have skied 50+ days on them the past few years) Grabbing edges, handling shovels, and other abusive things and the gloves still work amazingly. Dakine is defiantly my go to choice for mittens and gloves.
