I like to think I've been skiing for awhile. I started getting 180s and sliding small rails nearly ten years ago (12-13 years old, now 23). Overtime my relationship with skiing has had it's ups and downs. I realize that there were times when I took the opportunity to ski for granted and wasn't enjoying myself in the way that got me hooked in the first place.
This season has been quite possibly the most exciting, and most fun season I have had yet. After skiing with The Electric Snail and some of the Lake Effect dudes I am really understanding the underlying motive of why I love this shit so much.
So, this thread is just a reminder to myself and all; though we may not be progressing in the same way as those around us, or we may be frustrated with a certain aspect of our skiing. We just have to retain that love of skiing, and make it a grand ol' time, every time.
