start with whatever you get from the link above as type 3, if you are still releasing you can try jumping to 3+ but unless you are jumping huge cliffs or hitting the park real hard type 3 should be good!
kbonrdude 4 is tiny for dins thats like what little kids use!
1 on the din is = 10kg tons you only have 40 kgs holding your foot in place i don't know what type of skier you are but i would pop out of those from like skating over to the lift
i would definitely recommend you to crank them up to like 8 or 9

.nylesjust FYI, 3 and 3+ will throw you at the same DIN on any chart in any ski shop.
3+ is the feel good setting. lol
