Any Javascript Geniuses Out There? I need help!

I was given some code that I need to add to an html webpage and I'm 100% unfamiliar with how to get it there. I tried directly pasting it into the document but it doesn't show up. Any help?!?!

Here's what I'm trying to add:

if i were still big into runescape botting (lol sounds retarded typing it even) I would know someone to help. Good luck though, I fucking hate coding/code
