What are some tips for blind tricks? Having trouble understanding scissoring on back 2s and blind swaps. I got front 2 and switch up but when I go for blind tricks I can never get it +k for whoever helps
I find frontside tricks to be easier too, what happens when you try to blind 2? Do you slip off or do you just not even start your rotation? At least for me, I normally, don't have to scissor for a blind 2 just because its not much spin, but once you respond I can try to help
You gotta be Ray Charles and just feeel it out. When you back swap, make sure to get a solid lock, then don't open up your shoulders like you would on a continuing two. It takes lots of tries at first, just getting real comfy is the most important thing.
initiate with the eyes and shoulders, pop and your feet follow. I learned blind swaps on a small "mailbox" rail. low to the ground, round and smooth so you could basically surface swap on it.
Don't look down. That'll throw off your rotation.
Lead with they eyes, head, and shoulders. Look/rotate left if you slide right foot forward.
As your torso rotates, pop and follow through with your feet.
You can scissor with your left foot when you've completed a 180 to grip the rail and stop any further rotation.
Keep your eyes locked on the end of the rail.
Super easy and low consequence if you try on boxes first.
