Replying to Camera Suggestion

I currently own the Canon 7d and have recently been thinking about the possibility of switching over to the GH3. I shoot video 75% of the time and photos 25% of the time. I am wondering if it would be worth the hassle of selling all my canon stuff and switching over. I'm also wondering if I did switch over if I should buy lenses for M4/3 or if I should adapt my canon lenses/ or buy nikon lenses and adapt them. Would the quality gained from a GH3 be worth it, or should I just stick with my 7d for now?
