Lubed bindings

So I have rossignol fks 140s, best in the business. But I was wondering would it be alright to put some Vaseline on the turn tables or around the heel piece just to make sure I get the smoothest release or do they not need that?

This is actually the NS communities preffered method of binding lube.

Id say goat seamen is probably your best option here. Works for all things skiing related.

Yes, vaseline is something you can put on them. Doesnt need it but wont hurt at all. Avoid the water based lubes because they will just was right off.
