Shattered pinky, surgery required, 7th grade, from skateboarding.
Shattered sturnum, 6 compression fractured vertebrae, 8th grade, from BMX biking.
Torn quad from skiing, 9th grade
Broken nose from trampolines, 10th
Broken nose again, trying to backflip a homemade longboard in November
Gash in my shin to the bone and a slice of my tibia taken off by a rock skiing the day after Christmas.
Broken collarbone two weeks ago skiing, had surgery to put in a plate.
And a few more broken fingers and toes here and there

Compound fracture on my right
Both were skateboarding
I've yet to do anything serious free skiing but if I do I hope it's nothing to do with my knee. I'll take a broken bone but a torn ligament hell no.

I've been skiing 2 years now and from what I recall I have had one sprained ankle and a mild concussion.

fractured: elbow, thumb, ankle, wrist, vertebrae
torn: ACL(x2), Meniscus, MCL, Hip flexor
dislocated: hip, knee
4 diagnosed concussions
stitches: hand, elbow
Also had road rash on 60% of my body when I slammed longboarding at like 30 mph. I was a huge noob that didn't know how to fall. So I slid on my body instead of trying to roll a bit.

I think thats it.

Short list, I've been lucky.
I got too see the tendon in my left pointer finger chizling a pinewood car(just 7 stiches).
Broke my left thumb at the skatepark. Nothing cool, I just fell over and hit it weird.

Broke my finger from being a noob in soccer.

Fractured my wrist from being a noob at roller blading.

Big road rash from being a noob at long boarding and bombing a stupidly big hill.


So far life hasn't hated me yet, and no injuries from skiing for 10 years.

9/10 Pulled some muscle in my back. Can't remember what it was

10/11 Broke thumb

12/13 Cracked ribs

13/14 Tried to frontflip off a box. Pole went up my butthole and I messed up my tailbone.

Dislocated jaw

14/15 Massive hematoma. Took a month to heal.

Roadrash on face- Skateboarding incident that resulted in broken bone

Roadrash on ass- Embarrassing biking accident where the seat broke, I landed on the tire, which pulled my sweatpants down, and jammed my leg into the broken seat, leaving me with a puncture wound two inches from my "gear," roadrash on my butt so bad I had to stand or kneel and sleep on my stomach for two days, and my pants and boxers around my ankles on the middle of a crowded bike path.

Don't know how I forgot that one.

Damn you guys are either fragile or are just really brave. For me its been:

Broken arm- from falling of my deck when I was 5
fractured elbow- football (6th grade)
Broken wrist- basketball (8th grade)
Broken nose- skiing (8th grade)
Sliced my wrist skiing when my brand new edge hit my wrist mid air (8th grade)
Also needed to have my chin glued after going over the handle bars of my bike (6th grade)

1992 broken wrist, playground shit
2002 broken fibula, basketball
2004 torn ACL, meniscus, Mt Snow, overshot 60ft table
2005 broken femur, downhill biking, 60ft to flat, I have the femur rod in a drawer somewhere
2010 fractured spine, downhill biking, cased and went headfirst into tree, T4&5, spinal fusion T2-8
2014 ruptured spleen, pinned to tree in avalanche, then bled out again after it was removed. doc said I had full oil change (15 pints blood total)
2014 shattered collar bone, mountain biking, plate and 11 screws

Damn that's rough man. Just tore my ACL and meniscus about a week and a half ago. Granted the rest of my season is over. Any idea how long yours will take to heal?

...it's also been dumping snow ever since :/

I broke my pelvis at Snowbird, there was no snow there, I had to fly home to the east coast (super painful) and now its been doing nothing but dumping snow. Recovery time is 4-6 weeks, hopefully be able to ski after St Pattys Day.

Fractured chin- went over pitch and "a wild 6 year old laying down appears!". Turned hard and smashed face into ice.

Fractured skull, nose, chin, concussion(no helmet)- Over shot hip transfer bmx

Dislocated femur from hip, broken thumb- Over shot jump by 10ft

Broken nose, concussion- chairlift to face

Broken nose, clavicle, chipped orbital, concussion(helmet is toast),lip ripped off from the inside- Didn't see cat track coming in due to low viz and black lenses was also charging the line completely straight.

Currently awaiting surgery for torn meniscus.

3 concussions over the past 2 years, two of which knocked me unconsious. Broken ribs after bad taco. The worlds worst shin splits, and I thought I was paralized for 10 min after I landed funny ony head and bent my spine some kind of way on my trampoline. I think I'm rellitively luckey

In order from 2013 to 2014:

Sprained right ankle - skateboarding (didn't go to doctors just rested it)

Bruised/chipped rib - tacoing my first rail attempt (once again didn't go to the doctor I just went to ski patrol after skiing the rest of the day)

Sprained left ankle - skateboarding (in a boot for a month, almost broke the metatarsals in that foot)

Small concussion - skiing (got shitwhipped landing sideways on a knuckle)

Sprained left and right wrists - skiing

Severe thigh laceration - skiing (did a 180 tail and when I landed the binding caught so my ski popped off and I fell on the edge, 4 inch long 1 inch deep cut in my upper thigh/lower ass and I had to get 38 stitches)

Compression fracture T7, T8 and T9 - skiing (I'm a dumbass and wrecked on the skier cross course at my local mountain)

Knocked out & 6 stitches in my head - Longboarding without a helmet (I know, trust me, you don't need to tell me)
Concussions - Rugby X2, Skiing X4
Dislocated AC joints - One and a half backflips on skis X1, Learning to drop in on a skateboard X1
Broken ribs - GS racing in my teens X2
Dislocated elbow - Offshore yacht racing
Broken wrist - Punching an inanimate object like an idiot
Broken fingers - Skiing on dry-slopes X3
Broken & dislocated thumb - Skiing on dry-slope
Chipped pelvis & bruised kidney - Got lost in the air & over-rotated to my back onto hardback near the flat
Re-chipped pelvis - 270 on edge catch on dry-slope
Torn meniscus - Rugby
Broken ankle & torn ligament - Skiing when younger.

Two broken ribs and one went through my lung, that was fun.
Few concussions
I have broken my right hand 4 separate times...
Whiplash, many sprains and others that I can't remember.

And I would do it all again for skiing
