Working at Windells

Make sure to apply fast because It's extremely difficult to get a job at Windells due to the amount of applications they receive yearly.

SkiPandaIm thinking about applying to work as staff out at windells this coming summer. Im just curious how much staff out there is paid, any of you happen to know?

I'm not sure about the pay but I know a few people who work there. They always tell me that people that apply need to get really creative with their applications. Also it helps to have something on your resume that stands out. Like being a ski instructor or working with kids somewhere else like other camps. Or if you want to be a digger you should have experience with park crew at a resort or something.Definitely apply I think it would be a sick job to have! I'd love to be a counselor next year! All of the workers are super cool. Just get creative with it. one applicant sent in McDonalds with their resume last year hahaha..Remember tons apply. They aren't going to pick someone that only wants the job so they can be at Mount Hood. They want people with good personality, are good with people, and have experience.

Two of the guys I work with on Park Staff were on the Diggers 2014 crew last summer, they had a great time, but they weren't out there for the money.

You can't do it for the money that's for sure.

There's a cool spot I want to try and work this summer if not hopefully can make the hood happen.
