US Visa, can this work?

Ok i need some serious info here. I have a US passport (expired) which makes me american. However i also have a swiss passport. I would like to enter the US on student visa as a foreigner with my swiss passport.

So can i do this? I'm wondering if they find me in some database, they'll just say i already can apply for a passport so no visa. Also, little plus, my birthdate is wrong on my old passport. So, can i get m visa? Let me know

PS: i know i can get in with my passport, but i need to get in as a foreigner.

you won't get in as a foreigner, they have you down on a list. I'm a polish and us citizen and there's no getting past being a citizen, the only thing you could do to be considered a foreigner is give up your us citizenship, but ns is not a good site to be asking such things homie

I have a friend that has dual citizenship. When he goes into the US, he uses his American passport, and when he comes back to Canada, he uses his Canadian one.

Not sure if that helps you.

if you had a US passport that means you are a citizen, so you should be able to just get in expired or not. I don't understand why you would get it on a visa when you can just prove you're a citizen.
