So I really like the way the Filthy Rich's from ON3P ski, with the early rise rocker. But I'm having trouble with the price because I always break my skis in a year to a year and a half and don't want to pay $700 for such a short time. So I was wondering if anyone knew of any other skis with a similar feel to that of the ON3P filthy rich that have a more reasonable price point?
Honestly the price of the FR is justified, if you searchbar reviews on them you can see that they are far more durable than any typical mass produced ski. You get what you pay for.
check out kitten factory rayzrblaydz. theyre super similar but 100 bucks cheaper. i was gonna get the kartel 98 but went with kitten fact and have not been disappointed. 2.5 by 2.5 edges. carbon fiber. 1.8 mm 4001 bases. the whole nine yards. go check em out
- If you're paying $700, you're paying too much. They retail at $599
- The Filthy Rich isn't you're average park ski, it was designed to last. Before starting to ride ON3Ps I was going through 2-3 park skis per season (80-100 days, pretty much all rail skiing), now I'm making 1 pair last an entire season and then some.
- There is no other ski out there like the Filthy Rich. It's a one of a kind ski, and worth every penny.
