Employee took my food

Today was almost a perfect day. learned some new tricks, nice snow, and I didn't yardsale. I just decided to splurge and spend $30 on resort food. Sat down, started eating, and in the middle of a bite an employee took my tray and threw everything away. He didn't even look at me. I don't know what to think about this. Any similar experiences? Op is broke. Fuck you, Granite Peak.

Wow. Hopefully Dobber follows up with this guy. And I hope everyone else can somehow pick up the shattered peices of their lives after having their food thrown away.. I know somehow we'll overcome this. We are the greatest generation.

Bought a chili bread bowl once forgot my spoon, got up to go get one. I came back and my untouched bread bowl was gone. Checked the closest trash can and there it was. Ski resorts hire some stupid people.

how was he doing his job wrong? by walking over to an empty table with half-eaten food that no one was sitting at, and throwing the food away? no one was there for him to ask if they were finished eating. he's not going to track down OP to see if hes done with his overpriced meal.

again, locals thinking they own the place and treating employees like shit.

The only reason I made this thread was because I was sitting at the table when he took it. The garbage was right next to me and he dumped it. It wasn't an accident. Stop acting like a douch.

an employee wouldnt have thrown out attended food. If you actually let the employee throw it out you're fucking stupid. When im sitting somewhere eating, I eat the food and if someone were to grab my tray and throw it out (wouldnt happen because im not that dumb) they would get punched in the gooch and refund me.
