I just had my phone stolen or lost at fortune, searched for an hour so it is most likely stolen. It's a Nexus 4 (LG), black, no cracks, passcode locked. It had a case when lost/stolen. If anyone has seen the phone or knows anything about it please message me, there will be a fat dab in it for you.
