Where to mount ON3P Jeffrey

I got the On3p Jeffrey 114 at a length of 186cm with look pivot bindings. I am a 3+ skier 6'2 190lbs and I was wondering where a good spot to mount these at would be. I will be doing chutes, moguls, trees, basically using it as an all mountain ski out west. I will do cliffs and natural hits with them and will also be doing tricks and occasionally landing backwards. i probably won't be in the park with them but you never know. Well anyways the reccomended mounting spot is at -4 but I could be wrong, i feel like that would be a little too far back and -2 would be better. What would change about the performance of the ski if I moved it up a little? And any reccomendations? Anyone have experience with this ski?

For what you describe, you'll be riding them forward 95% of the time and rarely use them for riding switch. Just on that, the recommended would probably do you better. Only case I could imagine going forward given that would be that you really ride centered on anything else (eg, never raced, have always skied on centered skis).
Temptation to be cool and center them is always strong, but trust the mount - guys who designed and developed them rode a fair amount of park, and so our recommend is a bit different and more towards center than other larger manufacturers recommended. Trust the line!
Or don't :)

Mount on the recommended line, there's a reason it's recommended. You'll have no regrets.

Thanks guys! And I would never ski them center ever. I race but also ski a good amount of park on center mounted skis. I was just wondering because on my old line SFB they were mounted at -2 but that was recommended I believe.
All times are Eastern (-5)
